She co-founded CanavanCoit in 1990 and became one of the founding affiliates of Christie's Great Estates, now Christie's International Real Estate. Susan began her career in London as a research analyst for the Ministry of Defence and as a Merchant Banking credit analyst, after which she moved to California in 1980. In the luxury real estate market in Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Rancho Santa Fe and Palm Springs she gained a reputation as a polished professional in the most exclusive markets. She has regularly been asked to contribute to many publications and make guest appearances on radio and television. She has personally conducted over a billion dollars in real estate transactions and has consistently been in the top 100 producers in California.Having specialised in in the Luxury Real Estate market and with the philosophy of integrity and privacy being paramount, she has represented many celebrity clients and some of the most high profile individuals and top Fortune 500 CEO's in the world. She is involved in several philanthropic endeavours including, Operation Smile, MPN Research Foundation (Guy's Hospital) several children's charities and is a past board member of The Make-a-Wish Foundation.Susan has dual USA and UK citizenship and presently resides in Indian Wells with her husband John
