My last role at WarnerMedia/WB involved galvanizing merger activities after the AT&T acquisition of Time Warner. In support of this, I led a combined team focused on content distribution and global operations across WB, Turner and HBO. Responsible for the technology used by productions and the digital operations for mastering, localization, broadcast, distribution and archival, the combined teams delivered seamlessly to audiences around the world during the pandemic. Bringing new programming alongside the iconic catalog of stories to the launch of HBO Max was one of many highlights of my time at WarnerMedia. Other notable Highlights: ▷ Formed cohesive team through comprehensive restructure, growing from 150 to 520 staff disparately located across seven countries; simultaneously supported all live, theatrical, gaming, home, and mobile distribution functions. ▷ Deftly navigated challenges of the pandemic that shut down production by anchoring shift to a remote environment while managing $80M operating budget that supported top-line revenue of >$20B. ▷ Executive sponsor for Diversity Inclusion efforts and Employee Resource groups to increase the representation of women and people of color.

In this leadership role, I led content and metadata delivery for film and TV sectors spanning the entirety of our distribution channels. By guiding global teams of up to 150 and prioritizing content quality, technical ops, and IP management, I helped drive WB’s digital international expansion. Additionally, I facilitated growth paths for teams to improve operational stability and promote inter-disciplinary innovation. Highlights: ▷ Re-envisioned product metadata enabling physical-to-digital transformation while infusing strategic insights into next-gen technologies. ▷ Designated as Vice-Chair of DEG's Media Content Committee to crystallize metadata standards and adopt industry best practices across all WB functions. ▷ Authored integrated plan to accelerate data-driven decision-making capabilities; garnered cross-business support/alignment along with initial funding for data platform. ▷ Formulated end-to-end digital supply chain discipline for operations/distribution that extended to 106 countries featuring over 30 languages on 215 distribution platforms.

My primary function was to architect sourcing projects while partnering with theatrical, home entertainment, consumer products, and TV lines of business to add value company-wide. Highlights: ▷ Presided over negotiations and strategies with $2.3B in spend across a wide array of business functions, including production, real estate, procurement/operations, and services. ▷ Recognized with best-in-class return on investment (ROI) status for strategic sourcing organizations against Aberdeen Group benchmarks for 2008-2009. ▷ Nurtured physical and digital supply chain supplier relationships by leading a cross-enterprise team with dotted line responsibility to Europe and Asia.

This leadership position involved crafting long-term strategy to empower direct material management capabilities. Related to this, I spearheaded the transition from local to regional support for flagship brands like Neutrogena, Aveeno, Clean&Clear, and ACT, among others. Highlights: ▷ Owned purchasing efforts with $180M, $95M, and $3.2M budgets for packaging, chemicals, and departments, respectively. ▷ Developed training methodology to drive competitive advantages in an inflationary market; solution supported by the leadership of first collaborative sourcing project featuring contract manufacturing suppliers.
