A big shout out for all you Nicholas Spark fans! He is my favorite author. If you don’t know who Nicholas Sparks is, then you must be part of the OLD IT industry. The new IT industry rewards people like me, a passionate women who has contributed to the success of how technology is designed, produced, delivered, and consumed. We are, in fact, changing the world. I am not some feminist looking to even the score with men. I am, however, someone who earns the respect of my peers through unyielding determination, knuckle cracking hard work, and a deep appreciation for the best that our human spirit can deliver. In short, I am today’s IT professional. I have the good fortune to work for the world’s largest IT distributor and mentor the next generation of rising sales professionals. Change is everywhere.
