Answer and transfer incoming calls from customers and other store locations, work under office manager and general manager by supporting them in general administrative duties, assist in routine cashier proceedures of designer watch products, process daily transfer requests (recieving in and shipping out) of products/services and maintaining and organizing files of transaction records. In addition, I also assist with service repair update and establishing repair estimates.
