Working in Facilities & Project Management is how I have thrived professionally for the past 20 years. I'm skilled in Project Planning, Facilities Oversight, Vendor Management, Corporate Space build outs, Commercial Real Estate & Strategic Planning. Currently I am leading a team of associates to provide oversight of (building) mechanical & various other support services to 30 Buildings on a 91 Acre Campus. Previous to this role I focused on high spec Corporate office buildouts, services & site operations for (Financial Services) workplaces across 10 US cities. I'm experienced working with management, stakeholders, contractors, vendors, purchasing and finance to effectively meet project close out deadlines and goals.
