Responsible for piloting this position, processing invoices, & entering inventory adjustments, purchase orders, & performing accounts receivable duties. Processed price changes, responsible for receiving & matching tickets to stocks for status reports & verified orders against broker confirmations. Responsible for the setting up of new items in the system, from the description of the item to the pricing. Faxing orders to brokers & also phoning in orders to food service companies, i.e. General Foods, Kellogg's, Best Foods. Also assisted with working at company exhibits at trade and vendor shows yearly.
