As a leadership coach with over a decade of experience, I offer a purposeful, positive and pragmatic approach. I guide clients to successfully transform their leadership and/or management styles, and acclimate to new roles.I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and earned my coaching certification through the Babson College Executive Education Coaching Inside the Organization program. I hold Hogan Leadership Assessment, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Immunity to Change (ITC), and Management Research Group (MRG) Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360° certifications. I tap my organization development consulting expertise on new leader acclimation, change management, talent management, engagement, organization design and culture, senior team effectiveness, and strategic planning, and learning and development background in support of clients. My experience includes managing professional and support staff, and working in centralized and decentralized organizations of up to 15,000 employees.I offer an extensive background working with leaders, managers, and front-line staff in multiple industries: higher education, financial services, and non-profits including international trade unions representing employees in the retail, food processing, manufacturing, and printing industries. I volunteer at my local animal shelter and food bank to help my community continue to be a great place to live and work.
