• Interacting with customers daily and selling accommodation and services to students and parents. • Marketing and communicating The Apollo Works Site including managing social media pages, organising event and designing within Site marketing communication to current residents, influencing pricing strategies and generating new ideas to build on this and improve relations.• Utilising StarRez for all payments, invoicing, allocations, uploading signed documentation and generating specific reports to analyse data effectively for use (i.e. customer communication, marketing).• Ensuring 100% sales of all rooms with strict debt collection processes, and achieving results to ensure payments are made in full, on time. Organising Solicitor and Court action where required for recovery.• Completing Detailed Quarterly reports for investors, analysing data from various sources (including Competitor Analysis, Budget control, Income and Statistics) and collating these into clear concise reports.• Being proactive in finding and resolving issues, including liaising with contractors and support teams to ensure any problems are resolved urgently, and learnt from.• Stock Level management and working proactively to ensure critical items are in minimum stock level • Regularly deputising for the manager, making managerial decisions, taking responsibility for all areas of running the site, and readiness to solve issues at any time.• Successfully training other staff on computer systems used, and being approachable if any further assistance is required.• Leading and managing a team- supporting and developing staff so they can achieve their best, being enthusiastic and motivating. • Developing processes for critical and everyday tasks, building on previous experiences• Establishing critical spreadsheets and documents which must be accurate including financial information and personal details.• Always working on own initiative to ensure smooth running at all times.
