I have over 30 years of experience in managing operations, customer service, and communication in various industries, including pest control, legal, and military. Currently, I am a consultant at MidSouth Termite & Pest Control, where I create and maintain client relationships, implement office policies, and train new employees. I am also a pastoral counselor volunteer at Heart of Hospice, where I provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families facing end-of-life issues. I have achieved my master's degree in pastoral counseling from Liberty University, with a concentration in crisis response and trauma.
