My life compass pulls me to explore with courage what is authentic yet unknown, mindful and open to opportunity, embracing change, success, failure. Curiosity has defined my professional and personal journey, leading me to new places, new experiences, and most importantly - connecting with amazing people. Daring to step into the unknown, I have braved arduous mountain climbs, explored below the ocean surface, bobbed down rivers, traveled to new countries. Pushing beyond my comfort zone, I have changed career paths, learning best practices in corporate, healthcare, and higher education, honed my creative and innovation skills, broadened my network. I have led project management teams, sustainably remodeled a first-year student workforce program, participated with cross functional groups on college success initiatives, and developed a peer-to-peer student mentoring program. I created a pipeline for community college students to attend international human rights workshops, opening access and equity for students who might not otherwise have the opportunity or financial means to attend these workshops.I bring to the table this breadth of experience, a broad lens on leadership, adaptability, innovation, creativity, and passion. I love meeting new people, hearing new perspectives, and helping organizations to achieve their mission.
