I am a licensed psychologist in Allen, Texas, the state of Texas. I currently have a psychotherapy private practice in Allen, Texas, where I focus on adult and geriatric populations. I specialize in grief, insomnia, difficult relationships due to disorder personality traits, aging, living life with meaning and purpose and end of life concerns. A long term interest of mine has been the interaction between the mind and body on health and psychological well being; using an integrative holistic approach for well being and resilience.Previously, I have worked in hospital settings, both public and private for 10 years with adolescents, adults and geriatric inpatients. My experience and interests are in health psychology/behavioral medicine with adults and geriatric populations. In addition, I also have neuropsychological assessment experience with adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. I have conducted diagnostic interviews, psychological assessments, and provided individual, family and group therapies. Having worked in inpatient settings with other medical professionals on treatment teams, I believe that collaboration among other health care professionals in an inpatient setting provides the optimal treatment for patients' overall physical and psychological health.
