Over several years, I have helped business leaders and executive teams drive results by transforming their communications.I lead the coaching and consulting work with many of Decker’s top clients, including: Apple, AT&T, Biomarin, Capital Group, Crowdstrike, Ericsson, Gap, Google, Intel, Meta, Salesforce, Sephora, Uber, United Healthcare, United Capital, Visa, and Workday.As a Senior Consultant, I work with C-Suite and Senior leaders on communicating their vision, creating trust in their teams, establishing a strong communication strategy, obtaining buy-in from the board and senior leadership team, and building out corporate and product messaging. I focus on every day communication as well as high-stakes events such as: board presentations, big-stage keynotes, TED Talks, IPO roadshows, team off-sites, and investor meetings.I am passionate about encouraging people to lead confidently in their area of expertise. I help leaders make complex topics simple to understand and engaging to listen to. I ensure that they have a clear communication strategy that aligns with the goals of their organization and that optimizes team involvement.In addition, I ensure leaders develop the ability to inspire and coach their own teams to create an open, participatory environment where people follow because they want to, not because they have to.
