Regional Senior Human Resources Consultant - Recruitment
CurrentThe Regional Senior Human Resources Consultant is a lead resource for the HR Consultants and Junior Recruiters within the department, providing guidance, education and mentorship in the areas of collective agreement interpretation, policy interpretation and implementation, academic credentialing for employees, hiring decisions, qualifications related decisions and processes, grievances or any other issues involving recruitment. Responsibilities also include providing coordination and leadership in relation to HR initiatives; developing, researching, overseeing and implementing HR best practices, quality improvement activities/projects; and assisting the Manager in day-to-day HR activities.
