The project included the closure of a local manufacturing site, transition of the manufacturing of the highest volume and most iconic brand offshore and transition of warehouse operations in Australia to third party provider. This project was on track to deliver business case savings in both ANZ and the supplying manufacturing sites, allowed faster introduction of innovation to the market driving top line growth and avoided significant incremental capital spend.• Strategic review of manufacturing operations, working with global strategy team to investigate and recommend to the global board the optimal footprint for supply of product for the ANZ market.• Implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for supply chain finance as well as regional forecasting and analysis of product costs working across the local and regional supply chain operations to achieve and informed, connected plan.
