I'm looking for a role in a customer service environment and use my 23 years of experience to benefit a new employer. I have an excellent work ethic and always remain professional. I enjoy learning and I'm currently undertaking a home study Proofreading course.During a career with Zimmer Ltd spanning more than 22 years, I worked in a wide variety of customer service orientated roles acquiring expertise in all aspects of bid management, administration and customer relationship management.I have played an integral part of a number of high profile projects including the implementation of ISO9001:2000 accreditation, SAP implementation, the integration of the Customer Service and Jointline Loan teams and the integration of a newly acquired orthopaedic company.I am now looking for a challenging permanent position in a company where the level of service I provide can really make a difference both to the customer and the business.
