Responsible for curriculum and learning design for the subjects "Music Management & Enterprise", "Music Internship" and "Music Outreach & Social Entrepreneruship" for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Music and Master of Music Orchestral Studies degrees.My expertise in recrafting the learning experience of these subjects has resulted in outstanding graduate employment outcomes, with students working at a range of arts organisations across the country.Student Evaluation Survey results for these subjects regularly outrank university wide median results.

Responsible for the creation, co-ordination and delivery of a unique career and entrepreneurship program for the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. Offering a range of online resources, extra curricular workshops, seminars and individual career coaching, I secured over $AUD250K funding from a range of university innovation grants. Initiated a range of innovative projects including the Creative Female Founders Series, paid student internships for Community Teaching Artists and Community Music Arts Administration, created an Early Career Arts Administration Community of Practice (CoP) and Designed and founded the University of Melbourne Staff Orchestra and Staff Choir ensembles, Work Integrated Learning (WiL) projects which were managed by music students on stipend. Students received extensive 1:1, group mentorship and an innovative curriculum centred around experiential learning. Created a new curriculum for the Music Outreach & Social Entrepreneurship subject within the Master of Music (Orchestral Performance) degree and substantially overhauled the learning design and curriculum for the Music Management & Enterprise and Music Internship coursework for B Mus (Honours) candidates. These changes improved academic integrity and significantly enhanced student preparedness for graduate employability, student evaluations consistently outrank university mean results. I created a range of innovative learning design and curriculum requirements for the undergraduate Chamber Music subject.

Responsible for strategy and delivery of earned revenue from Major Donor, Trusts & Foundations, Partnerships and Gifts in Wills to support international tours, national tours, special projects, music education programs and competitions.

Delivered significant growth, outperforming estimates and increased event registrations through creative programming and leveraging of regional opportunities.

Formerly known as Congruent Professional Services, Allinity was a specialist PeopleSoft technical and functional consultancy practice. The founders established and developed an European practice, directed business expansion to a global turnover of £5M (AUD$10M) per annum and employing 30 staff in the UK and France within 3 years.

Event management responsibility for Rock Eisteddfod Challenge events in Queensland ACT, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Event management of the inaugural Croc Festival, a 3 day festival staged in remote FNQ and one of the most logistically complicated school based events staged in Australia. Part of the Australian National Drug Offensive, the event was attended by the Governor General of Australia. Subsequently relocated to the UK as Event Manager, and produced the initial delivery of the event in Northern Ireland. This involved negotiating within a complex network of government agencies including the Royal Ulster Constabulary, Department of Education and Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety.
