Responsible for the management of day-to-day operations, direction, and strategic planning for the Information Systems Department including evaluating business needs, budgeting, and vendor and personnel decisions. Primary resource for all UWCNM online campaigns. Maintain a close working relationship with all staff that rely on information systems to ensure coordination of reporting and other data analysis tools to advance the mission of the organization. Ensure the safety and integrity of the organizational network. Responsible for the acquisition, evaluation, and maintenance of all software systems supporting the organization. Supervise deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of all hardware, software, operating systems, phone systems and printers. Administer, maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the organization’s network, computer and data systems.

Managed administrative functions including FileMaker Pro database administration, grant research and writing, fundraising and major event planning. Directed all computer activities including computer networking, desktop publishing, and data compilations of quarterly/annual reports. Desktop published forms, flyers, posters and brochures, created and maintained company web site, created video promos and public service announcements. Oriented new staff and supervised interns, work-study and other volunteers. Assisted Access Producers with editing video equipment and video production.

Taught senior citizens to use a variety of software products and operating systems.
