I started as a regular CS rep (2010 - 2013) , moved to a Trade Sales & B2B Coordinator (2013-2015) role where I supported outside sales reps, helped to coordinate our software packaging, gathered assets from staff and supplied them to the outside vendors as needed. Starting in 2015 I was promoted to Customer Service Manager (2015 - 2019), then was promoted again to a Senior Manager position. In all of my roles at Nolo, I worked closely with multiple departments and outside vendors. I pride myself on being a quick learner, responsible and flexible. It was not uncommon for me to work with our software programmers, lead product managers, editorial and design departments on a daily basis. My last role at Nolo was to be in charge of several fulfillment services that were offered at Nolo.com, helping to implement procedures, reporting, and training staff on these new services. Using Salesforce and Dynamics, incoming new orders were tracked as they were placed by our customers, and CS reps were assigned to process those orders in a timely manner. Orders were placed on Nolo.com via Magento and Shopify, and I because quite adept in both platforms. -

I was unfortunately laid off at the end of June 2009 due to the sale of the company to Crown Publishing, a division of Random House. Duties included supervising Order and Customer Service Departments. Managed inter-department communication to produce effective workflow. Supervised and managed all areas of Exception and Foreign sales. Primary liasion of rall distributed publisher services, including setting print runs, publishing dates, obtaining catalog copy, and working with all internal departments on distribution matters.
