Home Oxygen set-up, follow up and education. Evaluation and set-up of Oxygen conserving devices and portable oxygen concentrators. Set-up, education/instruction, delivery and follow-up of all PAP devices, including CPAP, BiPAP and BiPAP ASV. Responsible for inventory, ordering and cost analysis for PAP machines, masks and supplies. Marketing and maintaining working relationships with local sleep labs and referral sources. Management of and solely running the Respiratory Department of two retail locations for a privately owned Pharmacy/DME company.

Home delivery of oxygen for adults, pediatrics and neonates. Home delivery and set-up of PAP devices, with mask fitting and patient instruction. Also delivered and instructed on Bili-blankets, CPM machines, wheelchairs and other ambulatory and bathroom safety devices.

Worked throughout the organization, as a Respiratory therapist. Duties included maintaining charts, monitoring patients, treatments ranging from SVN's, CPT, PEP therapies, oxygen delivery and monitoring, daily tracheostomy care, weekly and monthly trach changes and LTV Ventilator management. Working as a provider for chronically ill and medically fragile infants, children and young adults offered all of the above responsibilities to be used in all settings including: Acute and sub-acute facility located at Los Nino's Hospital, Skilled Nursing and residential facility at Hacienda, transporting, and outings in the community. Education of parents and staff. Dayshift supervisor duties included advocating for patients, scheduling, paperwork and personnel responsibilities.
