Serve as a partner with the hiring managers of the different business lines within the bank in order to meet the strategic objectives of the organization. Facilitate recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, career path development, employee relations and disciplinary actions. Develop and deliver training the management team as well as other employees.

Primarily responsible for administrative support to the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include payroll related data entry and providing employee assistance with questions. Assigned tasks are generally complex and diverse in nature requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of F&M Bank's policies and procedures and are performed under general supervision.

Responsible for providing professional sales of Bank products and services as well as providing superior customer service. Responsibilities include expanding customer relationships, developing new business and retaining existing relationships. Identify opportunities in sales of products and services, and to be the point of contact for customer service inquiries.
