I love problem solving. Throughout my career, I have been driven by my need to break down processes and find solutions for them. Whether it's through EDI or gathering data from ERP systems, I am able to use my unique skills to organize strategic solutions to streamline efficiencies to drive business initiatives.My background of 20+ years in customer service roles has given me the insight into reading the needs of both internal and external customers. I am able to pinpoint bottlenecks in processes and ensure that reconstruction of that process runs smooth from start to finish.One of my greatest achievements was successfully transitioning 80+ EDI Trade Partners and over 400 EDI documents from Microsoft Navision 2009 to Microsoft D365 Business Central, stripping 75% of custom modifications to utilize out of the box functionality in a 6 month time frame.
