About Susan Gale

My career has primarily been in the area of surface water quality and water resources. Along the way I've been an avid learner and constantly expanded my expertise in aquatic ecology, a wide variety of field data collection methods, and watershed assessment, as well as technical skills in data management, statistical analysis, visualization, spatial analysis, Python scripting, study design, and project management. I very much enjoy applied research and turning data into actionable information, but am also very interested in improving existing systems/processes, particularly when it comes to the care and feeding of data.
