Supervised all duties related to proper and timely payments for approximately 1,600 team members utilizing Ultimate Software. Duties included but not limited to: reviewing and validating payroll reports, overseeing the processing of sick/vacation/holiday payments in compliance of company policy and labor law, liaison between Human Resource and Finance departments ensuring that approved adjustments, new hires, terminations, salary changes, and bonus payrolls were implemented timely and accurately.

Processed the company's multi-state biweekly and weekly payroll including uploading and handling of all time and attendance records from the timekeeping systme as well as compiling all additional payroll data utilizing ADP Payroll.

Responsible for processing all accounts payable input and payments for a high tech robotics company. Transferred to payroll and was responsible for biweekly and monthly processing using Bank of America Payroll Service. Assisted management to finalize all employee related payments when the company ceased operations.
