Responsibility summary: - More focused on the field of industrial design, responsible for process optimization, design department’s operation and knowledge management;- Open dialogue and organize annual workshop to implement Huawei CBG’s strategy into the field of design and build competitiveness in the field of design; - Combine knowledge management methodologies and innovation to carry out knowledge management in industrial design department by introducing methodologies of business knowledge management,Project knowledge management: By means of AAR and case summary which could contribute to the continuity of project experience.

Responsibility summery：- Position was transferred to system platform group, I was responsible for leading the team to build the PDM (Product data management) of electronic hardware (including mechanical part) in Huawei CBG, as a project manager, I was in charge of the whole process from requirement collection to the promotion of PDM system, the whole project lasts around one year;- Manage & optimize design process in industrial design department, mainly focused on the discussion and management of design process under the Huawei CBG’s cultural strategic background of experience first and design lead the technology;- During these years, I had a chance to experience and deeply understand the close relationship among the process, IT system and business in the company in a higher level and platform. Meanwhile, as a project manager, I had a chance to work on the optimization and implementation of IT system and process. The ultimate aim of IT system and process is serving for business, and adding values for business such as efficiency improvement, cost down and establishment of norms.

Responsibility summary：-As an assistant Mechanical Engineer, I was in charge of mechanical design and packaging mechanical design of handset product,-By communicating with Mold factory and Assembly factory, I was in charge of leading the design process to mass production,-During three years of product design experience, I deeply mastered the whole development process from product concept phase to the product launch phase, meanwhile, the ability of project management was improved a lot.
