Accountable for the development of appropriate, pertinent clinical standards, policies and processes; ensuring these are current and meet operational readiness requirements. Bring best practice to the team through reviewing research, local/national standards, and best practices ensuring work is with clinical standards of care. Currently active in Informatic and designing and implementing roll out of the Clinical & Systems Transformation (CST) project which is designed to improve the safety, quality and consistency of patient care. Through the CST project, the health organizations will establish common clinical and process standards, including workflows, order sets, clinical guidelines, integrated plans of care and a common electronic health record. This clinical transformation is being supported by the implementation of CST Cerner, a new, shared clinical information system that will replace existing aging systems. Show less
