Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and capturing client intent within the pharmacy-based RxClaim platform for the Commercial line of business. Conducts testing/validation and review of benefit change requests submitted for accuracy by capturing and coding client intent. Ensures client documentation and system set-up aligns with requested changes by researching and testing system set-up inquiries and identifying trends.
