I am a partner in Proskauer’s Litigation Department, representing clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters. My work often involves bet-the-company cases for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, I served as trial counsel in the high-profile J&J cases where I helped secure two significant victories for the client.My experience covers a variety of high-profile matters in the entertainment industry, including world renowned recording artists, recording and media companies, music labels and talent agencies. I have also prosecuted, defended and counseled clients on copyright infringement, enforcement of contracts for personal services, artist management, recording and publishing deals and matters involving rights of privacy and publicity.At Proskauer, I am part of the Diverse Lawyers Network, as co-chair of the Firm's Hispanic/Latino Lawyers Affinity Group and a member of our LGBT Affinity Group.
