About Susan Hanley

I am a natural problem-solver and curious about the world! My varied interests and skills in engineering, technical writing, project management, psychology, education, and visual design have led me down an interesting career path. I've designed onboard crew displays for the Space Shuttle; trained astronauts; taught math to at-risk high school students; designed executive leadership courses; and a few other things in-between. I love figuring out how to improve the relationships between systems, processes, and people.
