I have had over a 30 year career in the software technology business. A majority of my career was focused on building partnerships and new business opportunities with the largest financial institutions globally. As a 28 year Microsoft veteran my experiences span major global financial services commerical and public sector segments with a deep focus on building and significantly growing new businesses in partnership with Microsoft's largest and most influential enterprise customers and partners globally. As Corporate Vice President of Microsoft's Enterprise business I was responsible for double digit billion dollar revenue financial results, operations and our end to end go to market strategies and customer relationships. Operational excellence coupled with strong go to market plans/execution was a key component to our success in growing the business, building strong and lasting customer relationships and maintaining and attracting the best talent in the market place. Throughout my career, I have maintained a steady focus on customers and partners aligning the company’s efforts to create innovative solutions to address customer business challenges through the adoption of new business models and technology solutions as a benefit and positive differentiator. I represented Microsoft as their executive board member of the Avanade co. As an exec board member I contributed to building our vision/strategies as well as served on the compensation committee to ensure incentives aligned with priorities.In my final role at Microsoft, I was responsible for business and corp strategy with a focus on ensuring technology was benefiting all people at work and at home. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure and honor of working with woman as a mentor and as a founder and sponsor of building and leading programs ranging from hiring to career development. I participated in and supported woman networking events and development programs.
