I serve as Counsel at Potomac Law Group’s Washington, DC office. My practice focuses on healthcare investigations, litigation and regulatory compliance. I provide compliance advice with respect to healthcare regulations and guidance, in particular related to Medicare and Medicaid, and with respect to healthcare-related company policies and agreements.I also counsel clients on complex criminal and civil litigation matters, including multi-district litigation. I have extensive experience representing clients in connection with False Claims Act cases and government investigations involving alleged healthcare fraud.
