I am married, 45 years to a wonderful man with over 35 years law enforcement, 5 children, 14 grandchildren and a close walk with God. My father was a Developer and builder in Wise County, as was my grandfather and Uncle, all go as far back as prior to depression. My familiarity with real estate goes way back, but have had my license over 24 years. I represent new construction from beginning and you are my client for life. Often, New Construction can be very difficult, from purchasing the lot, involving and introducing you to only the Master Certified Builders with strong reputations, vast experience, and backed by the BBB. I personally, am very familiar with these people. I lead you through the process and mediate if and when a problem arises.
