• Conduct and assist residents/staff physicians with all aspects of QI, academic and research projects, using qualitative and quantitative methodologies• Write/edit research papers for peer-reviewed publication • Develop and administer surveys; collect and manage data and conduct data analysis (SPSS)• Prepare presentation materials • Coordinate all research reporting requirements, and monitor project expenditures

Research Activities:• Coordinated SRDC’s “Understanding the Early Years” (UEY) Initiative• Collected and analyzed data for Community Mapping Study• Wrote Understanding the Early Years Initiative – Toronto, North Quadrant 2004 Final Report (www.eyag.org)• Supported knowledge transfer of UEY data to the community Community Mobilization Activities: • Produced brochures, flyers and booklet of community resources for families with young children• Coordinated and recorded minutes for six Community Implementation Teams’ monthly meetings, and assisted/attended community events• Provided Assistance to EYAG’s Steering and Standing Committees, as required
