I am a seasoned manager with over 34 years of senior and executive-level management experience. I am keenly focused on organizational operations, strategic planning, and program management. I have a long track record working with agency and organization administrators, program directors, and staff to design, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral health programs, and operations management policies and procedures. I have worked with state-level administrators to conduct needs assessments, strategic planning efforts, program evaluations, and operational assessments, worked with agency executive directors to identify, develop, implement, and evaluate programs to meet community and client needs, and worked with executives at all levels to improve organizational and programmatic operations. My work includes convening expert panels, conducting qualitative research with focus groups and key informant interviews, training on operations improvement, and developing behavioral health program infrastructure. A focal point of all my work is the ability to use data to make systematic adjustments to improve program quality, and client outcomes. I understand the data issues our clients struggle with and can use that knowledge to help craft state-of-the-art solutions that meet their needs.
