Polyswitch Division. Played a key role in improving process quality and novel means of producing the product. Developed a manufacturing that went from 3 process steps to one.

* Provided sustaining process engineering support (CITs, DRs, SOPs, Audits,FMEAs, Bills and Routes and product costing) for compound and extrusion equipment and most recently, PCB fabrication, device isolation, testing and tape and reel.* Managed the group responsible for process improvements focused on reducing variability observed at downstream processes.* Lead auditor for ISO900 and QS9000.* Provided hardware and software support for compound equipment and databases(Allen Bradley PLC5, Wonderware, Factorylink, Paradox, Access)* Designed the equipment, developed and qualified a one step process (down from six) to produce plaque (laminated, conductive composite) for high voltage PolySwitch devices. Lead the team from Design Review 2 to Design Review 3. Filed patent on this novel process. * Supported the introduction of new products, and worked jointly with development to design new/improved compounding and extrusion processes. * Established the PolySwitch SMT (Supply Management) team to improve communication across various functional groups and institute specific action plans to meet the divisional objectives for each critical raw material.
