Responsible for pulling motor vehicle records, processing New Business accounts, prepping work for Rating Technicians and Underwriters. Also responsible for sending notices of cancellation and/or reinstatement.

I handled sales of eyeglasses, contacts, and accessories. This also came with the responsibility of accurately checking in patient prescriptions, adjusting glasses and doing repairs when necessary. Some experience with insurance billing. Other additional duties included answering the business phone, booking and confirming appointments for the Optometrist on location, following HIPPA for privacy when handling and filing customer paperwork.

I interacted with approximately 50 visitors per shift from 5am to 9:30am. I'd also file membership paper work, answer the business phone and direct calls accordingly, and help members with any questions or concerns.

I helped with the organization of Southern New Hampshire University's McIninch art gallery, displaying the work of locally and nationally known artists. I provided professional and courteous customer service to approximately 20+ visitors per shift. Another important aspect of the job was to prepare mailings to more than 500 addresses on a bi-monthly basis, answer the business phone and keep a concise phone log. After my first two years, I also began to help install the art work. My senior year of school I curated my own exhibition in the gallery, called the Rock 'N' Roll of Art, and was the first student at SNHU to ever do so. It contained approximately 25 pieces and went along with my senior thesis paper.
