I am delighted to have the chance to launch a new product line for the Digital Built Environment. This addresses a distinct business requirement and establishes a significant benchmark for the value of robust digital transformation results for stakeholders in the built environment.

The Deputy Director of Real Property Programs (Facilities Management) is responsible for overseeing the Facilities Program encompassing all facilities management aspects of the real property portfolio that includes collaborating on the Capital and Major Crown Rehabilitation Programs to analyze, plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate and report on performance and critical activities and deliverables to key stakeholders while providing strategic advice and soliciting the support of government officials. This role is also responsible for leading and supporting multiple program teams by providing technical and professional guidance to deliver on facilities planning and real estate management, facilities infrastructure & assets projects, facilities operations and the digital built environment in support of the portfolio and Long Term Vision and Plan (LTVP).

The Lifecycle Program Manager is accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of a broad lifecycle management framework that supports facilities program planning, enables lifecycle cost analysis, synchronizes the service lives of various facilities and systems to the overall estimated life span of the facility, and makes recommendations that impact on program priority decision-making for a range of facilities used by the Parliamentary Partners, all in the context of the Long Term Vision and Plan (LTVP) and the unique needs of modern and heritage facilities.
