• Instituted the 140th Wing first wing wide risked based strategy for performance evaluations under the Air Force Inspection System (AFIS)o Resulting in a Satisfactory rating during first Unit Effectiveness Inspection.
• Developed training and instructions on inspection system. o Trained over 1500 personnel, both mass training sessions and online training via email/videos/computer based training.
• Briefs Commanders (Wing Leadership) on inspection status and writes inspection reports.o Gathers relevant and trend data that is reported up through the chain of command for reporting and historical means
• Plans, organizes, coordinates base wide exercises through face to face and virtual media.o Planned and organized over 170 personnel on a base wide exercise consisting of 1500+ personnel with 11 functional areas

• Civilian Human Resource (HR) and Military Personnel Chief for over 150 DOD Civilians and 205 AD Military personnel located at Cheyenne Mountain AFS. Personnel Advisor to one Group Commander, three Squadron Commanders.
• Sole Civilian HR/Personnel advisor for the 721MSG. Works all civilian recruiting, in-processing, out-processing, and manpower issues. o Manages all civilian personnel functions from recruitment, performance management.
• Lead for CMAFS Services Program. Assisting in Developing Base Support plan for button-up mission covering whole installation comprised of nine Tenant organizations. o Programs include: Button-up, Shelter-in-Place, WMRE.
• Created I.C.E. (Initial Cost Estimate) to work with 21 SW Contracting offices to develop plan
