    Redesigned and maintained the user interface and overall user experience for the sprint.com online store. This included collaborating with the mobile app designer to maintain consistency and functionality between the disparate interfaces.Updated and maintained the online account section, including mobile access, to allow for more self-service options, thereby reducing load on call centers and in-store technical visits. The biggest of these was the ESN swap process, which was normally a high call-to-care driver but we were able to automate 80% of the swaps.Created a new interface for business customers (some with as many as 10,000 subscribers) to manage many of the features of their subscriber’s phones and accounts individually or in bulk.Redesigned the sprint.com header/footer navigation structures reducing the number of footer links by 75% so that we could more effectively direct customers to the information they needed. Created an style-guide with rules for easy maintenance and updates. Collaborated with the research team to request research, determine what aspects to test, and then to assess the results so that new UI could be created or updated to improve the customer experience.
