1. Responsible for overall business as a leader. Making the business development plan. Responsible for the exhibitions and visiting to customers. Responsible for OEMs business development. 2. Ongoing support of existing customers and potential new customers, make sure all the agreed issues with customer are well proceeded 3. Responsible for price and condition negotiations with customer 4. Getting and arranging as well as controlling of new projects, make sure the R&D team can meet customer’s developing requirement. 5. Responsible for the quality problem with customer, make decisions on compensation and replacement, provide corrective action and make sure it is proceeded by related department 6. Arrange key customers visit agenda and generate meeting minutes 7. Responsible for promotional plan covering package design, brochures and catalogue, website, E-business etc. 8. Give support to the salespersons to make the work smoothly and offer necessary training. Responsible for achieving targets from directorate 9. Other works given by General Manager.

Coordinating General Manager to implement various communications , negotiations about various tasks; preparing and filing all kinds of official documents and planning schemes; 4. Coordinating General Manager to have business communication, establishing and maintaining key customers and partnership relation of the company;5. Coordinating the company to implement planning, arranging and organizing tasks of marketing activities;6. Coordinating General Manager to manage internal plan-making.
