My responsibilities included all the details of planning and coordinating events both at off site locations and within the restaurant. I worked to organize everything from the rental tents, chairs, and linens and dance floors to working with chefs and servers, delivery staff and vendors. I have a passion for food, from the finest ingredients to the preparation, presentation, and delivery. My solid knowledge of menus and beverages including cocktails, wine, micro-brews, specialty teas and coffees added to the experience I extended to provide outstanding, courteous and professional customer service.

My responsibilities included planning and coordinating both high end and mid range events with multiple levels of staff including catering captains, servers, bartenders, chefs, baker's, florists, dj's, bands, lighting and sound production across seven different properties, including the Crystal Ballroom, the Bagdad and Mission Theaters, and the St John's Pub. I worked with a variety of clients from brides and grooms, to corporate, to non profit organizations.
