With over 20 years of experience with business solutions, I have successfully implemented and managed multiple HRIS projects, using UKG Pro / UltiPro, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. I have also partnered with various stakeholders, such as IT, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of the HR systems and data. Prior to joining Ameris Bank, I worked as an HR Business Solutions Architect and an HCM Business Analyst at Crowley, where I designed and delivered HR solutions that met the needs and goals of the global workforce. I have a Master of International Business from the University of South Carolina, and I am fluent in Spanish.
