As a certified real estate broker, I list and sell properties. I will also advise my clients on their financial obligations, their need to have a qualified building inspector who is familiar with the area and it's peculiar issues. I will recommend notaries that are familiar with the municipal by-laws of the area. For purchasers, I am diligent in protecting them from hazards that can affect the value of their home. Buyer beware is my motto when dealing with a purchaser, and I keep up to date with the information provided to us as realtors, whether from the local inspectors, or the real estate board.
