I support the success of our review processing teams at three outsourced global locations by providing training, oversight and weekly guidance to ensure efficient productivity while maintaining the high quality and integrity of our site’s content. As part of this support I’m responsible for creating training and quality assurance files and calibrating our internal content moderation teams while providing ongoing process and policy updates in an ever changing environment. Consult frequently on high risk content for management & PR escalations.

Evaluate online content which has been reported as inappropriate by travelers and property owners for both fraud and moderation guideline compliance. Communicate with owners of the decision including rationale and providing next steps. Notify users of rejected content while explaining any infractions and providing next steps.

Responsible for day to day operations for a 107,000 sq ft headquarters of a high demand, fast-paced, web-based global company with over 1,000 employees. Responsibilities included security needs, shipping & receiving, seat planning, internal office moves, and oversight of all office equipment and catering, including management of free employee lunches three days a week. Oversight of all office experience vendor services including an aquarium, live plant decor and audio visual services. Orchestrated all company events and meetings. Initial role involved part-time Accounts Payable responsibilities along with Office Management.

Managed department needs ranging from high volume calendar scheduling, logistical arrangements for off site productions, processing all department invoices & time sheets, coordinated department travel and acted as culinary concierge for high profile visitors.

Coordinated the direct mail program for the MIT Alumni Association Annual Fund, created designs for alumni mailings, supported donor recognition programs and fostered alumni relations.
