With over 30 years of work experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and driven Professional Development Executive at CDK Global, a leading provider of integrated technology solutions for the automotive and heavy truck sectors. My core competencies include management, sales, product launch, and implementation of dealer services. My mission is to enhance the relationship between Truck OEM Partners, Key Truck Clients, and CDK by identifying their unique characteristics and establishing business processes to support ease of doing business. I work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address the needs and challenges of these underrepresented groups and to create and deliver tailored programs and resources that foster their professional development and success. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role are communication, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis.
