Achievement• Successfully oversaw the renovation of a Kenyan government school for children abled differentlyResponsibilities• Mentorship and worship sessions with the students• Painting the classrooms and blackboards, making desks, replacing old and rusty roofs • Installation of a play area for kids with disabilities at Ronkai Primary School in Ongata RongaiInspire Spaces mission is to provide the most vulnerable students in Kenya with access to education, and an opportunity to pursue their dreams, with special emphasis on orphans and girls. During the holidays, sponsored children are encouraged to give back to the community. One way of doing this is by repairing schools that are in bad condition to put a smile on the students when they open school and find a favorable environment for learning.

Achievement• Successfully registered guests in attendance and carried out administrative work during the second annual Kenya Youth Summit, at the Strathmore University Business School, Responsibilities• Assisting in the preparation, welcoming of guests, and responding to any questions• Participating in talks on networking, entrepreneurship, decision-making, mental health, leadership• Volunteer each year in this two-day summitThe Youth Engagement Society (YES) partnered with Strathmore University to host the second annual Kenya Youth Summit, at the Strathmore University Business School with the theme on education and the future of jobs, a conversation that is long overdue. The main objective of the event was to engage, inspire and empower youth.
