Senior capital markets executive with experience advising companies on capital raising, M & A financing and risk management. Previously, I’ve been head of Equity Capital Markets and Equity Syndication with National Bank and CIBC where I was responsible for pricing, syndicating and managing equity offerings for major Canadian companies including IPO’s, bought deals and M & A financings.Most recently as a member of the Management Committee of National Bank Financial Markets, I was responsible for implementing senior client coverage strategies across all capital markets products. I implemented a team strategy for client coverage and successfully rolled out a new client information platform to all client coverage managers.Throughout my career I have been an advocate for women in the workplace. At National Bank Financial I was responsible for several programs designed to increase the number and seniority of women. I was a Founding Board Member of Women in Capital Markets and was named a WCM Champion of Change in 2016. I co-chaired the United Way Women Gaining Ground initiative raising money from senior women executives to support education and training programs that empower women to build strong independent futures.I’m looking for board opportunities to use my expertise to advise companies and organizations on strategic growth initiatives, capital raising opportunities and workforce diversity and mentoring programs.
