· Provide high-level executive support to CEO, including managing schedule, making travel arrangements, draft correspondences.· Work directly with CEO, Executive Committee and Board of Directors to schedule monthly, quarterly and bi-annual calls, meetings and retreats. Work with CEO and staff to create agendas, reports, financials and other documents for calls and meetings.· Coordinate meeting logistics for variety of meetings and events including, monthly luncheon series, networking receptions, hospitality suites, anniversary gala and large conferences.· Provide member service through phone and face-to-face interactions, maintain membership database.· Work directly with accountant to maintain accounting best practices, including member renewal invoicing, sponsor invoicing, accounts payable and receivables, account collection, yearly budget prediction and monthly P&L review.

· Oversee day to day operations for a Not-for-Profit International Trade Association.· Responsible for hiring, training and managing new employees.· Maintain accounting and budgetary best practices, including accounts payable and receivable, account collection, budget predictions. · Research and produce internationally recognized association publications, including monthly newsletter and quarter journals

· Manage and maintain all aspects of retail store including daily paper work, hiring, training and managing all employees, customer service and sales.· Create and adjust store visuals and product for new promotions and

· In charge off all daily office activities including customer service, data entry, order processing, criminal background processing and association product inventory.· Liaison between Local, State and National levels of Not-For-Profit Trade Association.
