Directed the fundraising strategy and development activities for a community based health care system, generating more than $14 million in gifts and pledges. Led the planning and coordination of all philanthropic and volunteer activities in support of a 100-bed acute care hospital, outpatient programs, and population health initiatives.Provided leadership for the three person staff and an all volunteer board of directors in the overall fundraising operations for Charles County's only hospital. Led successful $5M capital campaign to expand medical center (2005-2007). Managed operations of Foundation's annual and planned giving programs, executes 5 major annual fundraisers, provideed leadership to Auxiliary and Chaplain volunteer activities and oversees special projects for the Medical Center.

Led the special events and annual campaign activities for large community hospital in Annapolis, MD. Helped raise significant funds for capital campaign, including ground breaking at Medical Park campus, etc. Proud to have worked for such a dynamic organization!

Planned and executed grass roots and other fundraising events for the Maryland Chapter of the CFF. Worked collaboratively with the CF board and volunteer to achieve fundraising goals.
