From High School art teacher, to Careers Adviser. Then Careers Adviser re-training and professional development Senior Education Officer (SEO1). My responsibilities broadened in this role to also include teacher retraining programs for Teacher Librarians, and the designing and delivery of specific professional development programs for Mathematics and Geography. The next promotion was to Creative Arts consultant, with responsibility for the professional development of teachers K-12 in Dance, Drama, Visual Arts and Music across two districts: Ryde and Granville. I was then seconded NSW State Rail to design and deliver training programs for Rail staff and maintain links with all school education bodies ( Dept. Ed, Catholic Schools and Independent) to deliver a school based education package on Rail Safety, K-10.Now working in Corporate, sometimes government designing and delivering training programs in virtually every field, (includes IT - but always with a Subject Matter Expert)
