As CHRO, I have had the privilege of leading the implementation of our HR transformation plan, HReimagined, which is designed around HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners. Under the plan, we are transforming our HR services and programs to better meet the needs of and serve the employees of the University. Since October 1, 2021, we have added 9 HR Business Partners who now serve almost every area of campus, transformed our Performance Review System, updated our Job Architecture and Pay Structure, successfully integrated our PageUp People System to our HCM, implemented a leave tracking system, and redesigned and enhanced management training, to name a few of our accomplishments. Our team of highly talented, innovative and capable HR professionals is committed to continuous quality and process improvement and providing exemplary services to our campus stakeholders. Augusta University includes a health system, AU Health, with an adult hospital with the regions only Level 1 trauma center, the Children's Hospital of Georgia, and the Roosevelt Warm Springs Rehabilitation and Specialty Hospital in Warm Springs, Georgia. The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia voted to change the name of the University in September 2015.
